Couples Exchange Fewer Gifts on Valentine’s Day
The National Retail Federation, which always offers a great pulse reading on holiday retail spending, said we spent less on Valentine’s Day gifts this year. The NRF said people spent $63.34 on gifts for their significant other or spouse, down 6 percent from $67.22 last year. I, for one, can definitely vouch for that.
